Frequently asked questions
How much does property management cost?+
Our management fee is 15% of the rent we collect. It covers tenant finding, rent collection, maintenance coordination and a monthly statement.
When is rent due?+
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Tenants can see invoices and payments in their online tenant portal.
How do I book a viewing?+
Open any property and tap "Request a viewing", message us on WhatsApp, or call our office. We will confirm a time with you.
What documents do I need to rent?+
Usually a valid ID and contact details. Our team will tell you exactly what is needed for the property you choose before you sign.
How are repairs handled?+
Tenants report repairs online or by phone. We log every request, assign a technician and keep the owner informed.
Where do you operate?+
We have offices in Nyamagana, Mwanza and Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam, open Monday to Saturday, 08:00–18:00.
