Tanzua Properties is part of Tanzua Group Limited, registered with BRELA under company number 154606289 on 5 January 2022, led by Chief Executive Officer Shinje Innocent. We provide property management, leasing, sales and development services in Tanzania, with offices in Nyamagana, Mwanza and Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam.
2. Information we collect
When you send an enquiry, book a viewing or apply for a role, we collect the details you give us: name, email, phone number and your message. Tenants and owners using our portal also have account, lease, payment and maintenance records.
3. How we use it
To respond to enquiries, arrange viewings, manage leases and payments, handle maintenance, meet legal obligations and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Sharing
We share information only where needed to deliver our services — for example with contractors handling a repair, property owners about their own property, or authorities where the law requires.
5. Storage & security
Data is stored with secure hosting providers. Access is limited to authorised staff, and tenants can see only their own records.
6. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or stop marketing messages, by contacting us. Saved properties and language/currency choices on this website are kept only in your own browser.
7. Retention
We keep records for as long as needed for the purpose collected and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
